                Chop your peeled carrots so your blender can handle them. Break up the frozen banana into chunks.

                Drop in banana pieces, carrots, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and, if you want, some ice cubes.

                Crank up your blender and keep it going until everything's super smooth and nice and thick. If anything’s stuck on the sides, pause and scrape it down.

                Need it sweeter? Squirt in a bit more maple syrup and give it another quick blend.
