Carrot Cake Smoothie (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Flavorings

01 - 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
02 - 45 ml real maple syrup
03 - 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

→ Optional Additions

04 - 240 ml ice cubes

→ Smoothie Base

05 - 3 medium carrots, peeled
06 - 1.5 frozen bananas, chopped up
07 - 240 ml milk, 2%
08 - 120 ml plain Greek yogurt, 0%

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Chop your peeled carrots so your blender can handle them. Break up the frozen banana into chunks.
02 - Drop in banana pieces, carrots, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and, if you want, some ice cubes.
03 - Crank up your blender and keep it going until everything's super smooth and nice and thick. If anything’s stuck on the sides, pause and scrape it down.
04 - Need it sweeter? Squirt in a bit more maple syrup and give it another quick blend.
05 - Pour your smoothie into two chilled glasses and drink it right away, ‘cause that's when it tastes the best.
