# Ingredients List:

→ Dry Stuff

01 - Salt 1.25 grams
02 - Flour (all-purpose) 282 grams
03 - Baking powder 5 grams

→ Wet Stuff

04 - One big egg yolk
05 - 198 grams marshmallow fluff
06 - Soft unsalted butter, 170 grams
07 - Brown sugar 165 grams
08 - White sugar 67 grams
09 - One large egg
10 - Smooth peanut butter 375 grams

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 175°C and set the rack in the center.
02 - Cover a 23x33 cm pan with parchment or lightly grease some foil.
03 - Grab a medium bowl and stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder until mixed.
04 - In a big bowl, whip soft butter with both sugars until nice and creamy.
05 - Stir in the peanut butter, then the egg and yolk until smooth.
06 - At low speed, add the flour mix a bit at a time to the peanut butter mix, mixing halfway through each addition.
07 - Scoop about 240 grams of the dough into a different bowl and set it aside.
08 - Press the rest of the dough evenly across the pan bottom to make a smooth layer.
09 - Put the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until it looks firm on top.
10 - Take the pan out but keep the oven on. Spread all the marshmallow fluff evenly on top of the baked base.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Make sure the butter is soft so everything blends well.
02 - Using parchment paper in the pan makes it easier to cut and lift bars.
03 - Watch the bake time since ovens differ; the base should be set but not too brown.
