Turn the oven on to 175°C and set the rack in the center.

Cover a 23x33 cm pan with parchment or lightly grease some foil.

Grab a medium bowl and stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder until mixed.

In a big bowl, whip soft butter with both sugars until nice and creamy.

Stir in the peanut butter, then the egg and yolk until smooth.

At low speed, add the flour mix a bit at a time to the peanut butter mix, mixing halfway through each addition.

Scoop about 240 grams of the dough into a different bowl and set it aside.

Press the rest of the dough evenly across the pan bottom to make a smooth layer.

Put the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until it looks firm on top.

Take the pan out but keep the oven on. Spread all the marshmallow fluff evenly on top of the baked base.
