Onion Butter Rice (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 113 g cold unsalted butter
02 - 300 ml onion soup, French style
03 - 410 ml beef stock
04 - 310 ml raw long grain rice

→ Garnish

05 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Top the hot rice with some chopped parsley and dig in while it's warm.
02 - Uncover the dish and bake another 25 minutes. The liquid should be gone and the rice soft.
03 - Put foil on top and bake it for 25 minutes.
04 - Cut the butter into small chunks and dot them all over the top of your rice and soup mix.
05 - Pour the French onion soup and beef broth over the raw rice, spreading it out as even as you can.
06 - Dump the uncooked rice right into a 20 x 20 cm baking dish and try to spread it around evenly.
07 - Turn your oven on to 220°C to get it hot.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Butter gives this a richer taste, so scatter those butter chunks so every bite comes out moist.
