Top the hot rice with some chopped parsley and dig in while it's warm.

Uncover the dish and bake another 25 minutes. The liquid should be gone and the rice soft.

Put foil on top and bake it for 25 minutes.

Cut the butter into small chunks and dot them all over the top of your rice and soup mix.

Pour the French onion soup and beef broth over the raw rice, spreading it out as even as you can.

Dump the uncooked rice right into a 20 x 20 cm baking dish and try to spread it around evenly.

Turn your oven on to 220°C to get it hot.
