Put the brownie sticks out on a plate and keep the cheesecake mix close for dipping.
02 -
Use a mixer to beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and some vanilla until it's airy. Gently mix in the fluffy whipped cream. Make sure it's super smooth.
03 -
Scoop the finished batter into your lined pan and spread it out. Pop it in the oven for around 25–30 minutes. You want a skewer to come out with a few crumbs, not wet. Cool the bars all the way before cutting.
04 -
Toss melted butter, sugar, red coloring, and vanilla in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Crack the eggs in one by one, mixing after each. Add the flour, cocoa, and salt—fold in gently until just mixed.
05 -
Turn your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper so cleanup's easy.
