# What You'll Need:

→ Meat Blend

01 - 1 pound ground chuck with 15 to 25% fat
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt and black pepper as you like
07 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Cheese Mix

08 - ½ cup shredded cheddar
09 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella

→ Tortillas

10 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Garlic Butter

11 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
12 - ¼ cup melted unsalted butter

→ Extra Topping

13 - Pickle slices if you want

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 Celsius). Line your baking sheet with parchment or just oil it lightly.
02 - Heat the olive oil in a big pan on medium-high. Break up the beef and cook until brown, around 7 to 8 minutes.
03 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well then turn off the heat and let it cool a little.
04 - Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix and set aside.
05 - Spread the meat mixture evenly on each tortilla. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
06 - Roll each tortilla up tightly, folding the sides to keep the filling in. Place them seam side down on the baking tray. Brush each roll with the garlic butter.
07 - Pop the tray in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and bubbly with melted cheese.
08 - Let the rolls cool a bit before cutting into pinwheel slices. Add pickle slices on top if you like. Serve warm.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Pick ground chuck that has 15–25% fat so the meat stays juicy without getting too greasy.
02 - Using unsalted butter helps you control the salt and gives a nice golden crust with garlic flavor.
