                Salt a pot of water, bring it to boil. Toss in potatoes cut into quarters. Simmer them for around 25-30 minutes till tender. Drain, mash, mix in melted butter, milk, and cheese.

                Slice steaks into bite-sized pieces. Rub them with oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

                Heat up a skillet to high. Sear steak bites for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes per side until the inside temp hits 120°F. Let them rest for about 10 minutes.

                Pour beef stock into the skillet to pick up the browned bits. Stir in Worcestershire, champagne vinegar, mustard, and steak sauce. Let it bubble for 10 minutes to thicken.

                Spoon mashed potatoes into bowls, layer steak bites on top, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle some parsley if you'd like.
