01 - Combine warm milk, active dry yeast, and sugar in a bowl; cover and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, plain yogurt, vegetable oil, and grated garlic; add activated yeast mixture.
03 - Gradually add water while kneading until the dough becomes soft, smooth, and elastic.
