# Ingredients List:

→ Poultry

01 - Cut 907 g chicken breast, thighs, or tenders into chunks about 7.5 cm

→ Marinade and seasoning

02 - 15 ml hot sauce
03 - 5 g crushed red pepper
04 - 10 g chopped fresh parsley
05 - 2 g paprika
06 - 1 g salt
07 - 1 g black pepper
08 - 30 ml olive oil
09 - 1 g garlic powder
10 - 1 g onion powder

→ Sauce

11 - 8–10 cloves garlic, finely chopped
12 - 113 g unsalted butter
13 - 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Put wooden skewers in water and leave them at least 30 minutes so they don’t catch fire when cooking
02 - Microwave butter and chopped garlic until it’s melted. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes, hot sauce, chopped parsley, and Parmesan until smooth
03 - Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Toss chicken with olive oil and the spices until everything’s covered evenly, either in a big bowl or zip-top bag
04 - Slide the chicken pieces tightly onto the soaked skewers. Cut skewers to fit your air fryer basket if needed
05 - Heat air fryer to 204°C. Cook 2 to 3 skewers for 5 minutes
06 - Take skewers out, turn them over, brush with about a third of the sauce, and pop back in the air fryer for 2 more minutes at 204°C
07 - Turn them again, coat with more sauce, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken hits 74°C inside. Total cook time is around 12 to 14 minutes, depending on your air fryer
08 - Brush on the last bit of sauce, sprinkle extra Parmesan, and enjoy right away

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Check chicken temp with a meat thermometer to make sure it’s at least 74°C inside. Soaking skewers keeps them from burning. Feel free to change hot sauce and red pepper to your liking. Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best taste.
