Set your oven to 190°C and lightly coat a muffin tray so things don't stick.

Grab a large bowl. Toss in minced chicken, parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Stir in garlic, egg, and milk. Add parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gently combine it into a well-mixed blend. Don't overdo it!

Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin slots evenly and lightly press to form shapes.

Slide the tray into the oven. Let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm and golden.

Spread marinara over each portion, sprinkle mozzarella on top, then put back in the oven for 5 minutes so the cheese melts perfectly.
