Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Take out the biscuit dough and pull apart each biscuit.

Press each biscuit flat a bit, put one mozzarella cube in the middle, then fold and pinch the edges tight.

Mix garlic powder with Italian herbs in a bowl. Spread melted butter on each biscuit bomb and sprinkle the seasoning mix over the top.

Place biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with paper. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they're nice and golden.

Take them out and let them cool a little before digging in.
