# What You'll Need:

→ For the Beef Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef (fatty 80/20 mix for better taste)
02 - 1 tsp salt
03 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 tbsp ketchup

→ For the Wraps

08 - 4 big flour tortillas (the burrito kind)
09 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or try cheddar and mozzarella together)
10 - 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
11 - 1/4 cup chopped red onions
12 - 1/4 cup diced pickles (skip if you want)
13 - 2 tbsp mayo or burger sauce

→ For Grilling

14 - 1 tbsp butter or non-stick spray

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Get your skillet hot on medium heat and throw in the ground beef. Break it up as it cooks until it's all brown (about 5-7 mins). Pour off the extra fat and mix in your salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Let it bubble for 1-2 minutes, then take it off the heat.
02 - Put your tortillas on a flat surface and smear some mayo or burger sauce across each one.
03 - Drop 1/4 cup cheese right in the middle of each tortilla. Top with a scoop of your seasoned beef. Add your tomatoes, red onions, and pickles if you're using them. Fold the sides in, then roll everything up tight.
04 - Warm up a pan on medium-low and add your butter or cooking spray. Put the wraps down with the seam underneath and cook about 2-3 minutes each side until they're golden and crunchy.
05 - Take them off the heat, let them cool a bit, cut them in half and enjoy while warm. They're great with ketchup or ranch for dipping.
