Toss on the fresh herbs right before you're done grilling. Pull the zucchini off and pop a few more herbs or maybe a squeeze of lemon over them if you want, then eat up while they're hot.

Spread out the zucchini rounds on the grill. Give each side about 3–4 minutes to cook up, let those nice grill lines show and wait till they're nice and soft.

Get a big bowl, dump in the zucchini. Pour over the oil, sprinkle on salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then mix till everything's covered.

Warm up your grill to medium-high. Give those grates a good cleaning so nothing gets stuck later.
