# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let it warm up.
02 - Whisk the last 4 eggs with salt and pepper. Cook them in a pan over medium heat. Flip to get both sides cooked. Fold into squares once done.
03 - Grab a bowl and beat 4 eggs with some salt and pepper. Cook them in a pan on medium heat. Flip and fold the cooked eggs into squares.
04 - Cut each croissant horizontally. Add a slice of ham, one egg square, and a slice of cheese on the bottom half. Put the top half back on.
