Cheesecake Fruit Mashup (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 mangoes, peeled and cut in cubes
02 - 5 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced, then halved
03 - 20 oz pineapple chunks, no juice
04 - 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained well
05 - 1 lb strawberries, no tops, washed, cut in quarters

→ Creamy Cheesecake Mixture

06 - 1 cup French vanilla coffee creamer
07 - 3.4 oz package of instant cheesecake pudding powder
08 - 8 oz cream cheese, bring to room temp

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pour your creamy mixture right on top of your fruit. Gently fold everything together, making sure the fruit gets a nice coat. Pop a lid on the bowl and chill it for at least 4 hours in the fridge. Then you can dig in.
02 - Beat the cream cheese in a new bowl till smooth. Toss in the instant cheesecake pudding dry mix and the French vanilla creamer. Keep mixing low at first, then crank it a bit higher so it all turns out creamy with zero lumps.
03 - Grab your biggest bowl and toss in the mango cubes, kiwi halves, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and strawberry pieces. Gently stir it up so all the fruit’s mixed well. Leave it on the side for now.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Make sure to dry your fruit really well so the cheesecake mix doesn’t get watery.
