Take the pan out of the oven. Pop some green onions and sesame seeds on top. Dish it up over your rice and dive in.

Pop the tray in your hot oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Everything's done once the chicken isn't pink anymore and the veggies are soft.

Plop the tossed mixture onto your baking sheet, keeping it all in one flat layer.

Drizzle the sauce over your chicken-pepper-pineapple mix. Give it a good toss so every bit gets soaked.

Grab a small bowl. Stir together soy sauce, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

In a big bowl throw in pineapple chunks, red onion, bell pepper, and chicken pieces.
