Honey Mustard Wrap (Print-Friendly Version)

A yummy wrap loaded with crunchy chicken strips, fresh veggies, and a smooth honey mustard sauce.

01 - 10 to 12 frozen chicken tenders
02 - 4 big burrito-sized tortillas
03 - 4 cooked bacon pieces, broken up
04 - 8 thin provolone slices

05 - 1 small cucumber, chopped
06 - Dill pickle slices to your liking
07 - 2 to 3 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
08 - 120 ml (half a cup) thin carrot strips
09 - Chopped scallions for topping

→ Sauce

10 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce or sriracha, if you want some heat
11 - 45 ml (3 tablespoons) mayo
12 - 45 ml (3 tablespoons) plain Greek yogurt
13 - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) apple cider vinegar
14 - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
15 - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
16 - A pinch of black pepper (about 0.25 teaspoon)
17 - A pinch of salt (about 0.25 teaspoon)

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Mix the mayo, yogurt, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce (if you’re using any) in a bowl. Whisk it all up until it’s smooth. Taste and tweak if needed.
02 - Follow the package for cooking or if you have an air fryer, set it at 190°C and cook them for 12 minutes. Remember to shake them around halfway so they get crispy all over.
03 - Grab a medium bowl and toss together your shredded lettuce, chopped cucumber, and sliced carrots. Pour in half of the sauce and toss everything to coat nicely.
04 - Spread some honey mustard sauce over a tortilla laid flat. Layer on two slices of provolone and sprinkle on that crumbled bacon. Add some of the salad mix, 2 to 3 cooked chicken tenders, pickle slices, and some scallions. Drizzle more sauce if you like, then roll it up tight.
