Herby Baked Pork (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Glaze

01 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 2 tablespoons salted butter
04 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
05 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
06 - 60 millilitres apple cider

→ Main

07 - 4 pork chops
08 - Black pepper, as needed
09 - Salt, as needed

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Before you dig in, spoon any tasty juice from the pan over the pork chops for extra flavor and juiciness.
02 - Pop the dish in your hot oven for 30 minutes, or until those pork chops are cooked through and tender.
03 - Flip each piece over, then cover the other side with the rest of your glaze. Make sure it's spread out well.
04 - Pour part of your glaze mix right over the pork chops. Use a spoon to spread it all around.
05 - Pop the glaze bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Stir in between zaps until the butter's fully melted and everything's mixed nicely.
06 - Throw your mustard, honey, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, butter, and apple cider together in a bowl and give it a good mix.
07 - Sprinkle salt and pepper generously on both sides of your pork chops, then lay them out in an oiled baking dish.
08 - Set your oven to 175°C and let it heat up.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Want some cozy fall vibes? Toss a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg into the glaze. Swap rosemary for thyme or sage if that sounds good. Heat seekers can shake in some cayenne. For a deeper sauce, simmer that apple cider down on your stove before mixing it in.
