Start by heating the oven to 175°C. Give a 23x13 cm loaf pan a light spray and set it aside.

Dump the flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Whisk them up until they're mixed well.

Pour the beer and honey in with the dry mix. Stir slowly till you don’t see any flour streaks and the batter looks smooth.

Take half of the melted butter and pour it into your loaf pan. Tilt it so the bottom is coated all over.

Spoon the batter into the pan, spread it out evenly. Then brush the rest of the butter on top to get a nice crust.

Pop it into the oven for about 45 to 50 minutes. It should be golden on top and a toothpick should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Let it sit in the pan for 5 to 7 minutes after baking. Then take it out and cool completely on a wire rack.
