Honey Lime Peach Bowl (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - Seeds from one medium pomegranate
02 - 115 grams blueberries
03 - 250 grams blackberries
04 - 4 big juicy peaches, not too soft, sliced up

→ Dressing and Garnish

05 - Juice from half a lime
06 - 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
07 - 6 fresh basil leaves, sliced thin

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Spoon the fruit mix into serving bowls or make it look great on a big platter. Best enjoyed right away.
02 - Pour the honey over everything, then squeeze the lime juice all around. Toss in the ribbons of basil. Gently mix everything so it's coated nicely.
03 - Pop the peach slices, blackberries, pomegranate seeds, and blueberries in a big bowl and keep it gentle when combining.
04 - Wash your basil leaves, blueberries, blackberries, and peaches. Cut peaches into wedges, slice up that basil, and grab those seeds out of your pomegranate.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - If you don’t want wilted basil, toss it in just before you’re serving so it stays bright.
02 - You can make this ahead, just hold off on the basil till you’re ready to eat. Store covered in the fridge.
03 - Pop leftovers in sealed containers and chill for 2 to 4 days.
