                Toss that honeydew-mint tea mix into glasses with a good handful of ice. Top with a few mint leaves to make it look fancy.

                When the tea's cool, mix it into a jug with your sweet honeydew and mint blend. Stir well so it all blends nicely.

                While your tea’s still slightly warm, add as much sugar as you like. Stir so it's all dissolved and not gritty.

                At the same time, blitz up the melon chunks and mint in a blender. Keep going until everything's a bright, smooth liquid.

                Boil the water and pour over the tea bags in a heat-safe cup or pitcher. Steep for three to five minutes, fish out the bags, and give it a little time to cool down.
