Honeydew Mint Iced Tea (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - A bunch of ice for cooling
02 - 4 green tea bags
03 - Chopped ripe honeydew, 2 cups
04 - 1 litre water
05 - 120 ml chopped mint leaves, plus extra for serving
06 - Add 4 to 6 tablespoons sugar or whatever sweetness you want

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Toss that honeydew-mint tea mix into glasses with a good handful of ice. Top with a few mint leaves to make it look fancy.
02 - When the tea's cool, mix it into a jug with your sweet honeydew and mint blend. Stir well so it all blends nicely.
03 - While your tea’s still slightly warm, add as much sugar as you like. Stir so it's all dissolved and not gritty.
04 - At the same time, blitz up the melon chunks and mint in a blender. Keep going until everything's a bright, smooth liquid.
05 - Boil the water and pour over the tea bags in a heat-safe cup or pitcher. Steep for three to five minutes, fish out the bags, and give it a little time to cool down.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Mix up the honeydew and mint right before you bring it all together. That way, the flavor pops.
