Start by drying the chicken breasts with paper towels then slice them into strips about an inch wide.

Mix the eggs in one bowl. In another, put together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

First, dunk each strip into the eggs and then press them well into the flour mix to coat every bit.

Fill a pan with oil about half an inch deep and heat it on medium until it’s shiny and hot.

Cook the chicken strips for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they turn golden and reach 74 degrees Celsius inside.

Take the chicken out and blot off extra oil with paper towels. Pour the hot honey on top right before serving.
