# Ingredients List:

→ Chicken

01 - 680 to 907 grams skinless boneless chicken breasts

→ Bread Mix

02 - 60 grams cornstarch
03 - 120 grams all-purpose flour
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt and pepper to your liking
07 - 2 large eggs

→ Honey Sauce

08 - 120 milliliters hot honey, store-bought or made at home

→ Frying Oil

09 - Vegetable or canola oil enough for frying

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Start by drying the chicken breasts with paper towels then slice them into strips about an inch wide.
02 - Mix the eggs in one bowl. In another, put together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - First, dunk each strip into the eggs and then press them well into the flour mix to coat every bit.
04 - Fill a pan with oil about half an inch deep and heat it on medium until it’s shiny and hot.
05 - Cook the chicken strips for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they turn golden and reach 74 degrees Celsius inside.
06 - Take the chicken out and blot off extra oil with paper towels. Pour the hot honey on top right before serving.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - If you want it crunchier, coat the chicken twice by repeating the egg and flour steps.
02 - Change how much hot honey you use to make it milder or spicier.
03 - Make sure the chicken hits 74 degrees Celsius inside so it’s safe to eat.
