01 - 120 ml chopped cooked bacon
02 - 120 ml chopped pickled jalapeños

03 - 454 g Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
04 - 454 g sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Dry Stuff

05 - 64 g regular all-purpose flour

→ Wet Stuff

06 - 2 big eggs
07 - 425 ml evaporated milk

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Grease a 23×33 cm pan and spread the cheesy mix all over.
02 - Stir together sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, bacon bits, and jalapeños in a big bowl so it’s all even.
03 - In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and flour until it’s smooth.
04 - Pour the wet mix over the cheese and bacon. Mix it well so everything comes together.
05 - Put it in a 175°C oven for 35 to 40 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when it’s golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Let it sit for 10 minutes to cool. Then cut into 12 squares.
07 - Serve warm for a tasty snack or starter.
