Grease a 23×33 cm pan and spread the cheesy mix all over.

Stir together sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, bacon bits, and jalapeños in a big bowl so it’s all even.

In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and flour until it’s smooth.

Pour the wet mix over the cheese and bacon. Mix it well so everything comes together.

Put it in a 175°C oven for 35 to 40 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when it’s golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
