Preheat oven to 232°C. Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil. Shape pizza dough into a 25 cm diameter circle by hand. Place dough on a parchment-lined pan.

In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.

Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a 2-2.5 cm border around the edges. Layer mozzarella cheese evenly, sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese, and top with sliced jalapeños.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheeses are melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven, sprinkle chopped chives over the top, allow to cool slightly, then cut into six slices and serve.
