Juicy chicken and veggies covered in a spicy creamy gochujang sauce, all over rice.

# Ingredients List:

01 - 480 ml cooked rice

→ Protein

02 - 450 g chicken breast, cut into strips

→ Sauces and Oils

03 - 15 ml honey
04 - 15 ml gochujang
05 - 15 ml sesame oil
06 - 15 ml soy sauce

→ Dairy

07 - 120 ml heavy cream

→ Vegetables

08 - 150 g veggies mix (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
09 - 2 green onions, sliced

→ Garnish

10 - Sesame seeds for topping

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Mix the chicken strips with soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and leave it for half an hour.
02 - Warm up a pan on medium and fry the chicken until it's done all the way through.
03 - In another bowl, blend gochujang, heavy cream, and honey until smooth and creamy.
04 - Toss the vegetable mix into the pan and cook them till they’re soft but still have a bit of crunch.
05 - Put some rice in bowls, add the chicken and veggies on top, then pour over the spicy cream sauce.
06 - Top everything with the sliced green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds before enjoying.
