                Set your saucepan on medium. Stir water and sugar together until the crystals disappear. Turn off the heat. Leave it to cool down so you won’t get burned.

                Pour in the cooled syrup, add your lemon juice, plus any leftover water into a big pitcher. Whisk well so it’s all totally mixed and nothing’s floating.

                Drop the yogurt, ice, strawberries, and the lemon blend into your blender. Let it all spin till you get a creamy, even texture.

                Once it’s smooth, just fill up your glasses and hand them out while it’s icy and fresh.
