# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese and Dairy

01 - 1 cup sour cream
02 - 16 ounces of cream cheese, softened

→ Veggies

03 - 6 sliced green onions

→ Shredded Cheese

04 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese, grated

→ Bacon Bits

05 - 3/4 cup bacon, cooked and chopped into crumbles

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
02 - Mix in most of the green onions, half the cheddar cheese, and about 1/2 cup of crumbled bacon until combined.
03 - Spoon the mixture into a deep baking dish (1-2 quarts) and spread it out evenly. Make sure the dish works for both an oven and microwave, depending on how you’ll cook it.
04 - Scatter the rest of the cheddar cheese across the top.
05 - Microwave: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and heat for 5 minutes. Oven: Bake uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for around 20 minutes.
06 - Scatter the remaining green onions and bacon over the top. Pair with potato chips and enjoy while warm.
