# What You'll Need:

→ Potatoes

01 - One bag of frozen fries or four big russet potatoes sliced into fries

→ Beef

02 - 227 grams of ground beef

→ Spices

03 - A teaspoon of paprika
04 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - Salt as you like
06 - Black pepper to taste

→ Cheese & Dairy

07 - 168 grams of shredded cheddar
08 - 120 milliliters of sour cream

→ Toppings

09 - Two tablespoons of chopped parsley or green onions
10 - 60 milliliters of diced red onion
11 - 60 milliliters of chopped tomatoes

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Get your oven set to 425°F or 220°C so the fries get nice and crispy.
02 - Put fries spread out on a baking sheet. Bake them 20-25 minutes and flip halfway through so they brown evenly.
03 - Heat up a skillet on medium. Toss in the ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring often until it's nicely browned. Drain off extra fat.
04 - Move the fries into an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar all over. Then add the cooked beef evenly on top.
05 - Pop the dish back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
06 - Drizzle the sour cream over the hot fries. Then sprinkle diced red onions, tomatoes, and the parsley or green onions on top.
07 - Serve these loaded fries hot so they taste their best and stay nice and crispy.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Frozen fries make things quicker but using fresh potatoes brings a better taste.
