Reese’s Peanut Butter Bark (Print-Friendly Version)

Chocolate layers join creamy peanut butter and Reese’s Pieces for a tasty, sweet bite.

# Ingredients List:

→ Toppings

01 - 160 g Reese's Pieces candy

→ Peanut Butter Mix

02 - 375 g smooth peanut butter (like JIF)
03 - 45 g softened unsalted butter
04 - 180 g powdered sugar

→ Chocolate

05 - 525 g milk chocolate chips

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Cover a 25 by 38 cm pan with wax paper.
02 - Melt 225 g chocolate chips then spread them on the pan, leaving the edges bare. Stick it in the fridge and let it harden.
03 - Mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter really well. If it's hard to spread, heat it in the microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds. Then spread it evenly over the cooled chocolate layer.
04 - Put the pan back in the fridge and let the peanut butter firm up.
05 - Melt the leftover 300 g of chocolate chips and spread them over the peanut butter. Quickly sprinkle Reese's Pieces evenly on top. Chill in the fridge until everything is completely firm.
06 - Once set, snap the bark into chunks. Keep them airtight.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - If you want a deeper chocolate taste, swap milk chocolate for dark chocolate chips.
02 - Make sure the peanut butter layer is spread the same everywhere so every bite tastes good.
03 - Let it chill in the fridge for at least half an hour to firm up just right.
