→ Tasty Extras

15 - Fresh parsley or chives, chopped for garnish
16 - 12 to 16 silicone or metal liners for muffin pan
17 - Cherry tomatoes, chopped for topping

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Get muffin pan ready by adding liners or greasing it if you don’t have any.
02 - Put ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic, chopped onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Stir gently just until mixed to keep it tender.
03 - Scoop meat mix into muffin cups evenly. Press down firmly and make a little dip in the center of each to cook better.
04 - Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until done and temperature hits 160°F (71°C). Let them cool a bit when out.
05 - Beat mashed potatoes, softened butter, and cream with a hand mixer until fluffy and light. Add salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Spoon or pipe the creamy potato mix on each meat cupcake. Add cherry tomato bits and sprinkle fresh parsley or chives.
07 - Dish up warm for main dish or snack. You can pour gravy over if you want extra flavor.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Don’t mix the meat too much so it stays soft. Use a meat thermometer to check if it’s cooked right.
