                In a big bowl, mix together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and brown sugar with an electric mixer. Keep going until it's creamy.

                Separate the Oreos into one Ziploc bag and the peanut butter cups into another. Smash both with something heavy, like a pot or rolling pin, until they break into smaller chunks.

                Stir half the crushed Oreos, half the peanut butter cups, and a 1/2 cup of Cool Whip into the creamy filling using a spatula.

                Scoop the filling into your Oreo crust and smooth it out. Take the last 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread it over the top to cover everything.

                Scatter the rest of the smashed Oreos and peanut butter cups evenly over the top.

                Put the pie in the fridge and leave it there for a couple of hours so it sets. Slice it up and dig in when ready.
