Pecan Pie Balls (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs for covering
02 - 1/2 cup tiny chocolate chips
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar
05 - 8 ounces cream cheese, left out to get soft
06 - 1 cup pecans, super finely chopped

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pop the finished balls on a parchment-lined tray and put them in the fridge for at least half an hour or until they’re firm.
02 - Cover each ball evenly with graham crumbs by rolling them around in a little bowl or plate.
03 - Scoop out some of the mix, then roll it with your hands into balls about an inch wide.
04 - Stir in the mini chocolate chips, making sure they’re spread out in the mix.
05 - Pour in the vanilla extract and mix it well so every bit gets some vanilla.
06 - Grab a big bowl and mix the chopped pecans, soft cream cheese, and powdered sugar until it's smooth and all blended together.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Make sure your cream cheese is really soft. That way, everything mixes together easily.
02 - If the mix feels too goopy, chill it for a few minutes before shaping.
