# Ingredients List:

→ Pasta

01 - 450 g elbow macaroni

→ Meat

02 - 900 g ground beef

→ Veggies & Flavors

03 - 1 medium onion, finely diced
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced

→ Sauce & Spices

05 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
06 - 2 cans (2 x 425 g) tomato sauce
07 - 2 cans (2 x 411 g) petite diced tomatoes
08 - 22 ml Italian herbs
09 - 10 g salt
10 - 2.5 g black pepper

→ Cheese

11 - 120 g shredded cheddar

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
02 - Boil a big pot of water. Cook macaroni just shy of the package time by about 3 minutes. Drain and keep it ready.
03 - Heat a large pan on high. Toss in the ground beef and diced onion. Break the beef apart and cook for around 6 to 7 minutes till it's nicely browned. Pour off extra fat.
04 - Mix in the minced garlic and cook till it smells good, about a minute.
05 - Pour Worcestershire, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes into the pan. Stir well so everything blends together.
06 - Stir in Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Taste and tweak the flavors if you want.
07 - Gently mix the cooked macaroni and cheddar into the sauce until combined.
08 - If your pan can go in the oven, pop it in for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and the cheese melts. If not, move everything to a baking dish first.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Feel free to spice it up with red pepper flakes. You can swap ground beef with turkey or sausage if you want.
