Oreo Chocolate Delight (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Crust

01 - 140 grams salted butter, melted
02 - 48 Oreo cookies, crushed up fine

→ Cream Cheese Layer

03 - 6 Oreo cookies, crushed up fine
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 225 grams whipped topping, thawed
06 - 90 grams powdered sugar
07 - 340 grams cream cheese, softened

→ Pudding Layer

08 - 6 Oreo cookies, smashed up
09 - 220 grams instant chocolate pudding mix
10 - 720 millilitres half and half or whole milk

→ Topping

11 - 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
12 - 225 grams whipped topping, thawed

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pop everything into your fridge and hang tight for at least 4 hours. This gives the layers a chance to set up so it's easy to slice.
02 - Smooth that last bit of whipped topping on top. Take those 12 crushed Oreos and scatter them all over to finish.
03 - Mix up the pudding mix with the milk in a big bowl and whisk until it thickens. Now add those crushed cookies and fold them through. Spread this on the cream cheese mixture layer. Let it chill for 5 minutes.
04 - Use an electric mixer to whip cream cheese with powdered sugar till it's really smooth. Mix in the vanilla and whipped topping, then gently fold in the crushed Oreos. Spread over your prepared crust and stick back in the fridge.
05 - Mix melted butter with crushed cookies till it looks like wet sand. Dump this into a 23x33 cm pan and press down evenly. Chill this while you whip up the next layer.
