Boil the pasta sheets as the pack says, drain them, and put them aside.

Melt butter in a big pan on medium heat, then cook onion and garlic until they're soft.

Throw in the minced beef and cook until it's no longer pink. Pour off any extra fat.

Mix in your Italian herbs, salt, and pepper with the meat.

Put whipping cream, Parmesan, and cheddar in a pot on low heat, and stir until it's all smooth.

In a deep oven dish, put down pasta sheets, then meat mix, bacon bits, mozzarella, and pour some cheese sauce.

Keep making layers until you've used everything up, with mozzarella on the very top.

Wrap with aluminum foil and stick it in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.

Take off the foil and bake another 15-20 minutes until the cheese turns golden.
