Minty Peach Lemonade (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruits and Aromatics

01 - 4 to 5 juicy peaches
02 - A tablespoon fresh mint, plus more for topping

→ Lemonade Base

03 - 2 litres chilled lemonade (store-bought or homemade)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Grab your reserved peach slices, lemon rounds, and a handful of mint. Toss them into the pitcher for a nice look. Pour into glasses with plenty of ice and add some extra mint or peach for fun.
02 - If you want it really smooth, push your peach mix through a mesh strainer right into a big pitcher. Pour in what’s left of the lemonade and give it a good mix.
03 - Throw the leftover peaches, about a cup of that cold lemonade, and a spoon of mint into your blender. Blend everything until it looks totally smooth.
04 - Wash the peaches, chop them up, and take out the pits. Set aside a quarter of those slices for decoration—use them in the jug or your cups.
05 - Chill your lemonade in the fridge. Whip up your own or just grab some premade if you're short on time.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Looking for less sugar? Try unsweetened lemonade and add sweetener if you want. Toss your ice in right before drinking so the taste doesn't get watered down.
