Dish out scoops into your favorite bowls, throw on some extra peach slices if you want, and enjoy right away.

Pop it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. For the first 2 hours, come back every half hour and give it a good stir so it stays smooth.

Transfer your peach blend into a flat freezer-ready dish, seal well with plastic wrap.

Try a bit. If you think it needs it, blitz in some honey and taste again.

Drop in the sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water into your blender.
