# Ingredients List:

→ Sorbet Base

01 - 120 ml chilled water
02 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
03 - 80 g white sugar
04 - 4 large sweet peaches, skin removed, stones taken out, then sliced

→ Optional Sweetener

05 - Honey, about 1 tablespoon or to taste

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Dish out scoops into your favorite bowls, throw on some extra peach slices if you want, and enjoy right away.
02 - Pop it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. For the first 2 hours, come back every half hour and give it a good stir so it stays smooth.
03 - Transfer your peach blend into a flat freezer-ready dish, seal well with plastic wrap.
04 - Try a bit. If you think it needs it, blitz in some honey and taste again.
05 - Blend everything until you don’t see any lumps and the whole mix is super smooth.
06 - Drop in the sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water into your blender.
07 - Slice up those peaches after peeling and taking out the pits. Try to keep the pieces roughly the same size.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - If your peaches taste and smell great, your end result will be awesome too.
02 - Stirring often at the beginning stops ice chunks from forming.
03 - Don’t worry if it’s rock hard—just leave it out for a bit so it scoops easily.
