Paloma Mocktail Tart Juicy (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - Salt or Tajin for the rim (if you feel like it)
02 - 120 ml plain soda or grapefruit-flavored soda (optional)
03 - Pinch of sea salt
04 - 1 ml (about 1/4 teaspoon) apple cider vinegar or alcohol-free tequila
05 - 15 ml maple syrup or your favorite type of sweetener
06 - 30 ml fresh lime juice
07 - 60 ml fresh grapefruit juice

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pour the drink out over cool, fresh ice in your glass. Add some plain or grapefruit soda if you want a bubbly touch. Enjoy it right away and feel free to pop a little garnish on top.
02 - Toss in three to four ice cubes. Put the lid on tight and give it a solid shake for about 15 to 20 seconds. Stop when the shaker feels icy and everything's mixed up.
03 - Pour grapefruit juice, lime juice, maple syrup, the vinegar (or the NA tequila), and a pinch of salt into a cocktail shaker. No shaker? Any tight-lidded jar or container works too.
04 - Sprinkle a little Tajin or salt onto a small plate. Run a wedge of lime or grapefruit around the outside of your glass. Press the dampened edge into the salty stuff until it sticks.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - You can use honey syrup, monkfruit, Stevia, or basic syrup instead of maple syrup for sweetness if that's what you have.
02 - Don't have apple cider vinegar? Swap in alcohol-free tequila for a more classic flavor, or just enjoy the bit of tang vinegar gives.
03 - Want bubbles? Go for plain soda, lime sparkling water, or grapefruit sparkling soda to top things off.
