Get your oven going at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 Celsius).

Cook the ground beef in a big pan on medium-high. Break it apart till no pink shows.

Toss in onion, bell pepper, and chopped pepperoni. Cook till veggies are soft, around 5 to 7 minutes.

Mix in garlic and cook 2 more minutes till it smells great. Then turn off the heat.

Stir together pizza sauce, Italian herbs, ricotta, mozzarella, and bacon in the pan till mixed well.

Spread the beef mix down the middle of each tortilla. Roll them up tight and place seam-side down on a greased baking tray.

Pour pizza sauce over the rolled tortillas, then sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and bacon on top evenly.

Put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese melts and edges get a little brown.
