# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Turn oven on to 350°F or 177°C and let it get ready while you do other stuff.
02 - In a big skillet set to medium heat, cook the ground beef till it’s brown. Break it apart with a spoon. Pour off extra fat. Toss in garlic and Italian seasoning.
03 - Mix in the tomato sauce and sugar. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes so the flavors blend.
04 - Put cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Stir till it's smooth and creamy with no lumps.
05 - Boil wide egg noodles in salty water following the package steps until they’re just right. Drain well so there’s no extra water.
06 - Grease a 9x13 inch dish. Start with half the noodles, spread half the cream mix, then half the meat sauce. Do it one more time. Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese.
