Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish and keep it nearby.

Cook ground beef and onion in a big pan over medium heat until the beef loses its pink color and the onions get soft. Drain the fat. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Into the pan with the beef, pour in tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Stir it all up and let it warm up.

Put half the pasta in the baking dish first. Then add half the beef sauce mix and sprinkle half the cheddar cheese. Do the same layers again with what’s left.

Sprinkle all the shredded mozzarella evenly on the very top layer.

Cover it with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then take the foil off and bake 10 more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Take it out, add chopped parsley if you like, and enjoy while it’s warm.
