01 - 60 g cashew nut spread
02 - 200 g Greek style yogurt

05 - 30 g tiny chocolate bits

06 - 100 g chocolate melted for coating

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Put Greek yogurt, cashew spread, protein powder, syrup, and chocolate bits into a bowl and mix until smooth.
02 - Using a spoon, spoon the mix into six popsicle shapes, making sure each is filled right.
03 - Stick the molds in the freezer for at least two hours until they’re hard.
04 - Take the frozen pops out and dip them fast into the melted chocolate.
