09 - More raspberries
10 - Extra peach slices
11 - Sprigs of fresh mint

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pop peaches, berries, and 310 millilitres water in your blender or food processor. Whizz it until there aren’t any chunks left.
02 - Place a mesh strainer over a big bowl and pour in your fruity blend. Push it through with a spoon to grab the juice. Toss out whatever’s left behind.
03 - Grab a small saucepan and add sugar and 120 millilitres water. Warm it over medium. Give it a stir now and then. When the sugar vanishes and it looks a little thicker (about 3 minutes), turn off the heat. Let it cool a bit.
04 - Put your cold water, lemon juice, and ice in a big pitcher. Give that a stir. Next, pour in the strained fruit mix and your cooled syrup. Mix it up really well.
05 - Chill in the fridge till really cold. Pour over some ice and toss on more raspberries, peach slices, or mint if you like.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Tweak the sweetness just how you like by using more or less syrup.
