If you want, pop some mint on top or toss in a few peach wedges before handing out glasses.

Let it cool down in the fridge for at least half an hour. Pour into glasses with ice.

Want it smoother? Push your peach mix through a fine mesh strainer into a big jug.

Dump the peach slices, lemon juice, and 2 cups of water into a blender. Blend until it looks totally smooth.

Mix sugar into 2 cups water in a bowl. Stir well till the sugar disappears.

Squeeze all the juice from your lemons. You want about a cup total.
