Peach Lemon Lemonade (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups water, and a little extra if you need to blend
02 - 1 cup regular sugar
03 - Juice squeezed from 3 big lemons (should be about 1 cup)
04 - 4 soft peaches, cut into wedges

→ Optional Garnish

05 - Some fresh mint sprigs
06 - A few extra peach slices

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - If you want, pop some mint on top or toss in a few peach wedges before handing out glasses.
02 - Let it cool down in the fridge for at least half an hour. Pour into glasses with ice.
03 - Want it smoother? Push your peach mix through a fine mesh strainer into a big jug.
04 - Dump the peach slices, lemon juice, and 2 cups of water into a blender. Blend until it looks totally smooth.
05 - Mix sugar into 2 cups water in a bowl. Stir well till the sugar disappears.
06 - Squeeze all the juice from your lemons. You want about a cup total.
07 - Give the peaches a rinse and slice them into chunky wedges.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Too sweet for you? Swap the sugar for honey or agave to get it just how you like.
02 - Try tossing in a few mint leaves while blending if you want an extra zipper of flavor.
