Scoot the roasted green beans onto a plate. Sprinkle on more Parmesan cheese if you want.

Pop the pan in the hot oven. Bake for about 15–20 minutes. Flip the beans around halfway so everything crisps up just right.

Lay those green beans flat on a big rimmed pan so they're not stacked up and can get nice and crispy.

Dump trimmed green beans in a large bowl. Pour in the olive oil, toss with cheese, panko breadcrumbs, sprinkle salt, and shake on garlic powder. Mix everything really well so it all sticks.
