Sprinkle chopped parsley on top right before you eat.

Dump in your honey garlic sauce, mix it all up, cover the skillet, and let it cook on low-medium until the sweet potatoes get soft (should take about 10 minutes).

Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce or tamari, paprika, salt, and some pepper in a small bowl. Just whisk them together until smooth.

Toss your sweet potato cubes into the same pan. Stir it all up. Let that cook another 5 minutes.

Pour olive oil into a big skillet on medium heat. Pop in the sausage pieces and cook them around until they're golden, about 5 or 7 minutes.

Peel your sweet potatoes. Cut them up into cubes that are more or less the same size.
