Comforting slow cooker mix of ground beef, beans, veggies, potatoes, and melted cheese.

# Ingredients List:

→ Meats

01 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Veggies and Beans

02 - 600 g sliced potatoes
03 - 1 medium chopped onion
04 - 3 minced garlic cloves
05 - 150 g frozen corn
06 - 425 g drained kidney beans
07 - 411 g canned diced tomatoes with green chilies

→ Dairy & Soup

08 - 1 can (305 g) cream of mushroom soup
09 - 120 ml milk
10 - 100 g shredded cheese like cheddar or what you like

→ Spices

11 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - About 20 minutes before it’s done, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top and let it melt while it finishes cooking.
02 - Put the lid on and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Choose the time that fits your day.
03 - Spread the sliced potatoes over everything, making sure they’re covered well by the meat and bean mix.
04 - Move the cooked meat mixture to the slow cooker. Add the milk, cream of mushroom soup, kidney beans, canned tomatoes with chilies, frozen corn, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until it’s all mixed well.
05 - Cook the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic in a pan over medium heat until the meat is browned and onions are soft. Drain the extra fat.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - If you like things hotter, try adding cayenne pepper or grab a spicier can of diced tomatoes with chilies.
02 - Swap the ground beef for turkey or chicken if you want something leaner.
03 - Feel free to pick any cheese you enjoy for the topping to change up the flavor.
