Stir the ground chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a big bowl. Keep mixing till it looks the same throughout.

Stick the chicken mix on the back of each tortilla. Press it down, so it stays in one, even layer.

Drizzle a bit of avocado oil in your hot skillet over medium-high heat. Put the tortillas with the chicken side touching the pan. Let them cook 2–3 minutes so the chicken browns up and cooks all the way.

Flip each one and toast the plain side for a little crispiness.

Pile on some Parmesan, bacon bits, romaine lettuce, and a good squeeze of Caesar dressing. If you want, mix the lettuce and dressing first to boost the flavor.
