01 - 113 g cream cheese, softened
02 - 227 g sharp cheddar cheese, shredded finely

03 - 113 g drained pimentos

→ Spices and Condiments

04 - 120 ml mayo
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp pepper mix
08 - 1 tsp paprika
09 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
10 - 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (if you want)

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Make sure cream cheese is soft. Drain pimentos and shred the cheddar finely.
02 - Put the cream cheese, cheddar, pimentos, and mayo in a bowl. Stir it up until it's smooth.
03 - Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper mix, cayenne, and Old Bay if you like.
04 - Keep mixing everything till it's creamy and mixed good.
05 - Pop it in the fridge so the flavors come together. Best served cold. Keeps well for about a week.
