Make sure cream cheese is soft. Drain pimentos and shred the cheddar finely.

Put the cream cheese, cheddar, pimentos, and mayo in a bowl. Stir it up until it's smooth.

Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper mix, cayenne, and Old Bay if you like.

Keep mixing everything till it's creamy and mixed good.

Pop it in the fridge so the flavors come together. Best served cold. Keeps well for about a week.
