In a tiny bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic and chopped basil. Spread this all over one side of each bread slice. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the butter and press it gently to make it stick.

Fill a medium pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta until it's tender but still has a slight bite (al dente). Drain the water completely.
03 -
Pour the hot drained pasta into a bowl with the Bolognese sauce. Stir until the pasta is fully coated and the sauce is evenly distributed.
04 -
Take one slice of the prepared bread, butter side facing down. Lay three slices of mozzarella over it. Spread the saucy pasta on top in an even layer. Add the remaining mozzarella slices, then put the second bread slice on top, butter side up.
05 -
Use a skillet on medium-low heat (don’t add extra fat). Place the sandwich in and cover with a lid. Let the bottom crisp up and turn golden, about 5-6 minutes. Flip carefully, put the lid back on, and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is all gooey.
