                Grab your glasses, fill them with ice, and pour in your drink. Toss some mint leaves or a couple of whole raspberries on top if you like.

                Right before you’re ready for a glass, slowly add chilled sparkling water to your pitcher and stir gently so you keep the bubbles.

                Combine your mashed raspberries, the strained lemon juice, and the cooled sweet water in your big pitcher. Stir until everything comes together.

                In a saucepan, stir sugar into a cup of water. Warm it up on medium until dissolved, then take it off the heat and let it cool all the way.

                Put the raspberries in a bowl and mash them up well until they’re juicy and soft.
